The location is good and decent, near old town, and taxi or airport minibus - couldn't be better. This hotel offers tidy and high-class rooms with super fast internet, a variety of unique features and balcony.

We loved the cozy atmosphere and the refreshing pool at Changpuak. The location was convenient for exploring the city and enjoying local food markets. Our room was comfortable and clean, with charming old-world furnishings. Despite some minor issues, the hotel provided good value for our money. we would recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere yet being close to the centre of the city for easy accessibility. It was a lovely setting and the staff takes pride in keeping the grounds looking beautiful (garden). I also appreciated the decor. It was beautifully decorated for the age of the hotel. Charming.
The shower was a little hard to operate and did not drain well. There was an issue with my window - it did not close tightly so I could hear the outside noise at night.

Lovely family run hotel with great staff who can not not do enough for their guests. Spotless pool and relaxing garden cafe area (with beautifully cooked snacks) and plenty of parking space. Bedrooms are spacious but a little bit quirky. Very close to Chang Puak bus station and whilst not in a tourist area it's close enough to easily get to all the sights, night market, Sunday Walking Street etc. Would definitely visit again.
Our bedroom was a little bit dark with very old fashioned dark brown tiles and off yellow painted walls but it was clean and comfortable (and very good value for the money). We did notice towards the end of the holiday that the bedrooms all seem to be individually decorated with their own specific colour scheme and all the twin rooms did appear to be much lighter.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Chiang Mai called Changpuak. The Lanna style building, adorned with old royal family photos, is full of character. The rooms may be on the smaller side, but they are beautifully decorated. The highlight for me was the peaceful garden and decent size swimming pool, perfect for relaxation. The friendly staff added to the positive experience. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk to the local food market, post office, and the inner ring of the city. There is also a 7 eleven nearby.
Nothing at all.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and tidy, and the daily housekeeping was great. The A/C, fan, WiFi, and hot shower all worked perfectly. The hotel also has free internet in the lobby, which was convenient. The location is quiet, just off Changpuak Rd., and it's easy to walk to the city center. The highlight for me was the beautiful swimming pool in the well-maintained garden, perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, except for one receptionist who was a bit rude and overcharged us for a trip to the airport. Despite this, my overall experience at Changpuak Hotel was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean pool and a beautiful garden where we could relax. The location was perfect, as it was close to a great food market at the Chang Puak Gate, where we enjoyed delicious evening outdoor dining. Additionally, the hotel provided a convenient transportation service, as it was located opposite the bus station for Chang Dao.
Nothing to fault.
